Everyone is super busy, but we can't let this die.
We need to make a bier.
I think we tried to bite off a shitload of complex bier making stuff off at once and it was daunting.
We should get to basics, find a simple recipe, focus on executing the instructions on brew day and following through to bottling day. We tried to outclass the Germans on brew #5, but reality was it couldn't happen. We can do this, we have a fancy do-hickey and all, but lets start closer to square 1.
I vote for doing a brew 78 Saturdays from now when I have an opening in my schedule...
